Tuesday to Friday: 9.30am - 5.00pm
Saturdays: call reception for next rostered session
Sundays and public holidays: closed
We provide 24 hour cover through the Melbourne Medical Deputising Service, who have their own billing policy.
Appointments
Appointments are required.
Please note: Clients are reminded of their appointments via text message the morning prior to their appointment, allowing sufficient time to cancel. As of 1 July 2011, the Centre Clinic will commence billing clients $20 who fail to attend their appointment.
On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a card with your details. We will create a file and give you a client number. At future appointments, you only need to give your first name and client number.

Payment
Bring your Medicare card to each appointment as we bulk bill. If you:
- do not have or bring a Medicare card, fees must be paid at the time of your appointment - by cash, MasterCard or Visa
- want fees paid by TAC or WorkCover, you must provide a claim number.
If we refer you for pathology, Xrays or specialist opinions, you might be charged fees not covered by Medicare or health insurance. Please check fees with the relevant provider.
Privacy issues
Medicare information is protected by privacy law. No one will know that you have been to the clinic or had any tests.
HIV and other test results are only given directly to you - never on the phone or by email.
