PLC Access


The Positive Living Centre (PLC) is a community centre of the HIV Services Program, of the Victorian AIDS Council / Gay Men's Health Centre. The PLC provides a range of facilities, activities and resources, primarily for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Access to PLC services is open to all people who are HIV-positive who have completed the 'PLC Access Application Form'. This form is available in PDF format at the bottom of this page. Please print out the form, fill it in, and return it to the PLC. If you would like assistance to complete the form, please call PLC reception on (03) 9863 0444 (or free-call 1800 622 795 for country callers). All information supplied is treated confidentially and will only be used in relation to your involvement at PLC. Access is available to all facilities and resources offered at the PLC.

All PLWHA are entitled to receive free annual membership to the Victorian AIDS Council / Gay Men's Health Centre. In addition to accessing services, all clients of the PLC are welcome to bring 2 guests per visit to the PLC.
