Festive season food vouchers for DWF Clients

The Postal or Pick up dates
The David Williams Fund prefers to post out the vouchers to avoid congestion at the centre, however if you do not want your voucher sent, please select the pick-up option on the voucher form. Vouchers will be available from reception from 14 December and must be picked up in person before 22 December. Vouchers not picked up by 22 December will be cancelled and not re-issued.
Vouchers will be posted on 14 December. DWF takes no responsibility for lost vouchers and are unable to re-issue vouchers lost in the mail.
