Volunteering Opportunities

Our workshops are run by volunteer facilitators and they are an invaluable part of the program.

Our past and current facilitators come from diverse backgrounds. Training is provided for volunteers so previous experience in teaching and/or facilitating is not required. We seek highly enthusiastic, dedicated and committed individuals to be part of our facilitation team.

Topics that are covered in the training include:

• Facilitation skills
• Communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Conflict resolution
• Group management
• Time management
• Sex and sexual health
• Mental health

These are lifelong skills that you can implement in both personal and professional settings.
